Zusatztipps für die Zubereitung

To create the most vivid galaxy effect, use high-quality gel food coloring and avoid overmixing the buttercream colors. Chilling the crumb coat ensures a smooth finish when applying the final layers of buttercream. For more defined star details, experiment with different sizes of splatter tools or paintbrushes.

Add a layer of raspberry or blueberry jam between the cake layers for a fruity flavor contrast. For a dairy-free version, substitute the butter and milk with plant-based alternatives, but be mindful that the texture and taste may vary. Customize the decoration by using different colored stars or by adding edible pearls for extra sparkle.
