Summer Sangria Mocktail Peach Berries (Printable)

Alcohol-free sangria with peach, mixed berries, and a splash of sparkling water.

# Ingredient List:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 medium ripe peach, pitted and sliced
02 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
05 - 1 small orange, thinly sliced

→ Mocktail Base

06 - 2 cups 100% white grape juice (unsweetened)
07 - 1 cup orange juice
08 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

→ To Serve

10 - Ice cubes
11 - Fresh mint sprigs (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Place the sliced peach, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and orange slices into a large pitcher and gently toss to distribute.
02 - Pour the white grape juice, orange juice and lemon juice over the fruit, stir gently to combine, then allow to infuse at room temperature for 5–10 minutes (or refrigerate up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
03 - Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and stir slowly to preserve carbonation.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice, distribute some of the macerated fruit among the glasses and pour the beverage over the ice.
05 - Top each glass with a mint sprig if using and serve immediately to retain effervescence.

# Tips from the Pros:

01 -
  • Your pitcher will look stunning, and it tastes as bright and cheerful as it looks.
  • There's no patience required—just a handful of fruit and a few minutes stand between you and a cool, thirst-quenching treat.
02 -
  • If the sparkling water goes in too soon, the sangria loses its signature effervescent lift—timing really matters.
  • Chilling the juices and fruit before mixing makes this mocktail feel extra crisp and satisfying.
03 -
  • Chill everything you can—the colder your pitcher, the longer your sangria stays refreshingly crisp.
  • For parties, double the recipe and set out a bowl of fruit for easy refills.
