Can I substitute the dairy ingredients?

Yes, you can use plant-based milk and cream alternatives to achieve a similar creamy texture while keeping it dairy-free.

What type of pasta works best for this dish?

Fettuccine or penne are ideal since they hold the creamy sauce well and cook evenly in the single pot method.
