# Steps:
01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Pass the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to eliminate pulp, resulting in a smoother beverage.
03 - Pour the cooled brewed black tea into the pitcher and stir thoroughly to integrate.
04 - Gently mix chilled sparkling water into the pitcher.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the prepared mango-peach sparkling tea mixture over the ice.
06 - Decorate each glass with fresh mint leaves and slices of peach and mango. Serve immediately to maintain effervescence.
